A CLOSER LOOK AT GUARD AI

A useful answer.
A clear boundary.
A person when it matters.

Customer service AI needs more than a fluent reply. It needs relevant company knowledge, clear instructions and a way to recognise when a question should move to your team.

OmniCRM brings those layers together with an in-house AI Brain and Guard AI: additional supervision based on your knowledge and guardrails, configured around your business.

THE WORKFLOW WE CONFIGURE WITH YOU
  1. 01

    Find the relevant knowledge

Bring the connected policies and procedures into the conversation.

  2. 02

    Apply your boundaries

Use agent instructions and Guard AI to help keep responses within the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Keep a human route open

Clarify missing information or pass a question to a person.

Conceptual overview. The exact workflow and supported features are agreed during configuration.

KNOWLEDGE + GUARDRAILS

Three questions.
Three appropriate next steps.

Imagine a customer contacting a booking-based business. The examples below use sample policies. They explain the principle; they are not measurements of a live deployment.

“Can I change the day?”

If the connected policy allows rescheduling up to 24 hours before an appointment, the agent can explain that condition and ask for the preferred date. Explaining the policy is separate from actually changing a booking.

“Is an airport transfer included?”

If the knowledge does not say, the agent should not invent an inclusion. The configured next step can be clarification or a handover to someone who can confirm.

“Can you promise me 50% off?”

If custom discounts need approval, the agent should keep that boundary and refer the request to your team. A confident request from a customer is not permission to change your policy.

Knowledge quality, configuration and review matter. These layers help reduce hallucination risk; they do not make mistakes impossible.

THE FOUNDATION BEHIND THE ANSWER

Your knowledge.
Managed by your team.

Our in-house knowledge engine combines embedding-based retrieval and hybrid search to find relevant passages, including when a customer asks in different words. AI-assisted knowledge management helps your people keep that foundation useful.

01

Ownership and access

RBAC governs who can read, edit and administer the knowledge workspace. We agree the scope connected to your agents during configuration.

02

Relevant context

Retrieval helps find the information an answer needs. That information still needs to be current, clear and appropriate for the question.

03

Ongoing review

Source visibility and unanswered questions help your team see where knowledge needs attention. Customer policies remain your business decisions.

FROM PRINCIPLE TO YOUR WORKFLOW

Voice. Email.
Your people.

Use your company knowledge across configured voice and email agents, with an assistant beside your team. Our team handles integrations with your phone system and inboxes, with the supported scope agreed before deployment.

WHAT WE REVIEW WITH YOU
  1. 01

    The questions you receive

Common enquiries, difficult cases and questions your team must handle.

  2. 02

    The rules you work by

Approved policies, escalation boundaries and ownership of updates.

  3. 03

    The result you need

A workflow your team can review and refine using its own business scenarios.

CLEAR ANSWERS

Before you connect AI
to your customers.

Does a knowledge base alone prevent hallucinations?

No. Relevant knowledge supplies context, but retrieval, agent instructions, Guard AI and handover rules all play a part. A missing or outdated policy can still cause problems, which is why maintaining and reviewing knowledge matters.

What is the difference between the AI Brain and Guard AI?

The AI Brain helps organise and retrieve company knowledge. Guard AI provides additional supervision based on knowledge and guardrails. They serve complementary roles in the configured workflow.

Does RBAC control every answer an agent gives?

RBAC controls access to the knowledge workspace. The knowledge scope exposed to your agents is agreed separately during configuration. We assess the requirements of your deployment instead of assuming that workspace roles automatically define every channel's answer permissions.

Can we keep our current phone system?

A 3CX integration is ready. Our team assesses the interfaces of other phone systems and agrees the supported integration features with you. You do not need to build the integration yourself.

Where does Sontir fit?

Sontir is the call intelligence product in OmniCRM Suite. Its engine calculates call metrics; AI helps prepare reports and explain results. That operational data flow is distinct from an agent retrieving a customer service policy.
